What should I confirm about an item?
Ask about visible wear, known repairs or restoration, accessories, measurements, authentication status and available documentation for the specific piece. Our sourcing principle does not establish every item’s complete prior history.
Is every piece independently certified?
Do not assume a uniform certificate. The authentication method, supporting documentation and any third-party certificate must be confirmed for the individual item before purchase.

How do I evaluate costs for my market?
Include your target budget and currency. Ask for item pricing, shipping, applicable duties or taxes and the proposed delivery arrangements before deciding. No margin or delivery time is guaranteed here.
Can I use your photos or sell across my channels?
Discuss image-use permission, your selling channels, client privacy and any channel restrictions with us. Do not assume image-reuse rights, exclusivity or a non-compete arrangement.
